    I put my claims in just using the last four digits and it worked for me, perhaps I was just lucky, it was with Lloyds, good luck!

    Hi Everyone

    I was wondering whether anyone could help with this question?
    I took out a loan with Egg in about 2003 and then in about 2009 took out a further loan with them consolidating what was left of the existing loan with another all the time paying PPI. I am still paying the loan off but Egg have sold the debt on. Would I still be able to claim and if so who do I claim from? Egg or the current company?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You claim from Egg as they were the ones you took the loan out with.
    Any redress may be used to reduce the arrears,dont know if this applys to debt sold on,someone may post to confirm this.
