I recently went to a claims back company and i have to say they were fantastic with me. You can recalim this money i am sure.

DON'T USE A CLAIMS COMPANY, they can do no better than yourself and you have all the tools at your disposal on this site including fantastic advice and help. You will also save yourself at least 25% if successful. All they do is send the complaint form for you and sit back rubbing their hands and :rotfl:

DIY it only costs you the price of a recorded delivery letter using the form off here;)

Please .. NO REFERENCE to a claims company on this forum.

Folks, do not use a claims company, it will cost you a fortune and you can DIY FREE ....
