Thanks for your reply, i think it becomes slightly more tricker as Tescos are saying that they cant find any records of me, even though i have provided them with my credit file details etc and a letter form my previous Bank acount, confirming that the were paying a direct debit to Tescos personal Finance to the Tune of £851 per week.

I will keep you informed of any progress on this.

Hi sunny if you mention the fos you might find they (tesco) suddenly remember you.

So are the FOS as well now by the look of things ;)

Just wondering, should I have at any time worked out how much I think I'm owed? As I only became aware of it last year and I only do electronic statements these days, I've nothing dating back to 2003 when I first had the card.
    SPCNo.18 #20 (17 £562.86 16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)

It's almost impossible to work out credit card redress yourself as you only get 8% standard interest when the card is in credit, wait until they come back to you otherwise you may go insane thinking about it ;)
    Successes
    Sainsbury's/BOS £6,400 Paid :)
    MBNA £3,600 Paid :)
