PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

Well people, it seems Osorio the CEO of Lloyds Banking Group, does not want to answer the fraud between St Andrews (owned by Lloyds) and MBNA REGARDING fraudulent PPI policies.
I have now requested the information from the FSA. As they licence Lloyds and MBNA, I will expect a positive answer
Antonio Osorio is probably the most ignorant CEO I have ever encountered, he makes Lloyds Banking Group look like a back street trading outfit, of course many of you think it is anyway.
I think we would get more sense from Donald Duck than Osorio
OSORIO IS HIDING SOMETHING ???
My worry is that Lloyds do not have sufficient funds to repay all the fraudulent policies they sold0 -
I get a lot of spam, especially from those Nigerian Toss Pots.
Here is one purporting to be a Bank in Ireland.
I have not included the Link as it is a phishing site

I there
I would contact the FOS who will be able to let you know straight away, and the direct address of where to send your complaint.
As I understand that Santander are dealing with complaints via GE Money.
Good luck.;)

This is also what i have heard LTSB needs to be more forthcoming with it's information to customers, no dates on when people expect a payment, it's a shambles0 -

Hi Di,
Sorry to hear you are not well. Take lots of warm water with ginger+honey+lemon. Don't tell the doctor I prescribed it because they would be out of a job.
You are a real treasure in this forum. Take care girl and be healthy again.0 -
Mornin all,
Can anyone help me out please. I am looking for the correct address to send SAR to Santander. I have seen the Bradford one and someone had posted that was just for general complains and that they do not pass it on. Then there was a Milton Keynes address. Just want to know the right one. Many thanks0 -
Hi Di3004,
I would like to contact Halifax customer care and wondered if the email provided here for lloydstsb is the same for halifax since they are one and the same bank. Emailing Osorio is like banging your head on the wall. Emails are never answered, I think he has set it up in a way that all emails end up in junk folder. I do not understand how all these executives get away with it.0 -

Hi virtuous, Osorio is getting Lloyds a very bad name, if the CEO ignores customers, what can you expect from his staff ???
We can all vote OSORIO as the worst banking CEO ever.
If you are a Lloyds customer, take heed of all this and look around for another bank, many of us now think that the Lloyds Banking Group is in financial trouble0 -
