Cappo, you're really on the ball with helpful information like this - thank you.

    Il Cappo - whatta guy! :D x

Cap, if everyone did this and sent to their MP's etc, it would have a great impact, I have already sent it to Ed Millaband as being in opposition, stories of failures are just up his street.

Beamers right ruth as you say the mp's are a good place to start, they are getting away with blue murder (the banks)
  • Well RBS having taken 15 + half weeks to reply have said they can find no evidence that PPI was included on my loan with Lombard Direct taken out in 2004

Fortunately i have the full loan agreement and supporting documents and will send them to RBS (with a small fee for archival retrieval maybe? lol)

Anyway before i send it just a quick question it doesnt say PPI on the loan agreement it says Repayment Protection Premium - i am right in assuming this is the same thing yes?

The document also doesnt mention how much interest is attritutable to this amount (£1400 approx) and also neglects to mention how much of the monthly payment is for the PPI - so fairly strong argument i think?

Hi, yes same thing if it protects your payments. Amazing that RBS do not have the info when you have, beggars belief as to how these banks work
  • re: rbs/lombard

Just wrote a letter back to them with a copy of the agreement showing the ppi and asking them to look into it - does anyone have any email address for Lombard/RBS please as i think i will send it buy post and email? Also should i give them a deadline to reply by as they have taken virtually 16 weeks to establish that they have no information on my ppi at all?
