Just a quick silly question though , if there was multiple loans/credit cards with PPI from the same bank can we fill in one form or for every complaints we fill in a form?

Hi ro ro it depends whether you have the same reasons for being misold on each one, personally i always put in a separate complaint for each one as you can keep an eye on your complaints better but it's a personal choice, some banks do ask for a separate questionaire for each complaint.

Will Sky+ but it says it's to do with current account "extras" that are not necessary. Unfortunately NOT PPI
