I'm surprised I got away with that, I thought I might be chastised for my creative use of language:p I do hope not Its the only way I remember his name when I email him!

Mark my words, if we are successful in claiming money, we will have the last laugh, especially if we all realise our money is not best kept in the bank!

I just wondered if anybody could help me, I put in a complaint to GE Money last week I've received a letter today saying that they will get back to me by 8th November.

Has anybody had any success with GE Money? and also do you think I'm likely to get a full response by the 8th or a fob of for more time?

Hello to you all, and well done to all the successful winners recently.

I have been chasing Barclays for full details of all my accounts I have had with them over the years. I have sent four letters so far, the £10 cheque has been presented, but they still have not sent me details of too MLoans that I had with them. They have sent other information for more recent accounts twice, but never refer to these two loans. I have even sent them a copy of bank statement showing payments being made to these two loans back 1996 to prove they did exist. Can someone please remind me what are the names, apart from the FOS, that I quote to scare them into sending me what I am entitled too and what I have paid for? Thank you.

Got a letter from RBS thanking me for accepting there offer and it would take 28 days for a cheque to arrive :mad:

Why not just get the person sending these pointless letters to send me the Cheque ,non stop delaying tactics I think.

hi verytryingmummy i went to the fos with ge money it was a company called cardif pnnacle that ppi was with had 2 letter from them saying they have not been able to asses my complaint that been before september i am still waiting hop this helps

Hi and welcome to the forum been a few on here enquiring about claims with GE money think they've done alright, i'm afraid timewise it's a bit of a waiting game at the moment. but still quicker than fos
