on the talk of cars..(bub-bum) i posted a thread a few days ago to ask advice on what to do about a car finance agreement that had a totally different signature on the PPI part - in a nutshell we contacted volvo who stated that ford were the providers, who in turn said it was the dealership. I wrote and complained stating that the signature was completely different on the agreement - to which they agreed, however, after sending them several emails, they responded last week to later that they can not do anything.
We contacted the FOS and CAB who stated that they couldn't do anything (post 2005), however, if they are issuing a final response, we can find out who the underwriter is and complain that way. I have sent 3 x email now and they are totally not responding...what can i do now? They aren't even interested that this is fraud either - can we threaten to go to the papers/police?? xx

Can you just confirm my understanding of this
    1: You purchased a Volvo
2: The Finance was done by Ford Credit
3: Who sold you the PPI ?
4: Who do you think signed the PPI agreement if not you
5: Did you agree to the PPI ?
