I sent my claim in in August LAST year and have still not been paid out by RBS.
Acceptance letter posted in August this year and still waiting for money. Other have posted that they have received money from claims sent in much later than mine so they do not appear to be dealing with them in any fair or disciplined way, and I don't just mean RBS or LLoyds TSB I mean all of them. Perhaps one of the bankers would like to issue me with a cheque out of his bonus and I will refund him when I get my money. Errrmm - I won't hold my breath. Am seriously thinking of buying a safe and sinking it into cellea floor and keeping my money there.
Email Stephen Hester the CEO at the RBS with your complaint

My son went to Cardiff with his girlfriend to watch the Semi finals on the big screen, they enjoyed themselves but came home gutted and cursing the bias ref, who apparently has a French father, even though the the ref was born in Ireland, but it says it all doesnt it?
The full name of the Ref who robbed us is........
Alain 'Colm Pierre' Rolland
Just by one point and we had just the 14 players, and they did do well, to me these are the real winners anyway.:D:T:TThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Good statistic on radio this week "You are more likely to get divorced than move bank accounts" We are a lazy bunch

Hi Di things are moving on this afternoon very quickly, it's interesting to see that the banks are still not playing the game, my friend i told you about on here a fortnight ago got a revised offer from LTSB bear in mind he was originally offered £12,292.00 they've upped it to £33,958.00 incredible and he reckons that he's only used the card normally.0 -
