    Hi,

Does anyone know anything about Halifax Cetelem, Dixons/Currys?
    used them for finance agreements!
I know they have ceased trading now, but were they a subsidiary of anyone or did anyone buy them out?
    Many Thanks

    Hi
    Are these all separate complaints?

I understand Currys taken over Dixons, but also taken over the liabilities as well.;)

    Hi Steve

What is your local mp like?

Because of health issues Steve, if you have a good mp, or try to contact one anyway, they may have an email contact, I would ask if they could write on your behalf, they will want your vote again in time to come and I'm sure they will write to the bank on your behalf, its not fair what your going through. x

Hi Di got an email tonight saying there looking into my concerns, at least with the sar i got 2 of the 4 credit card numbers so i've put 3 fos questionaire complaints into them with the 2 credit card numbers i've got and one 7k loan have also sent a letter to section 78 credit card department to chase up the credit card agreements, got 6k (decision) back from hsbc today which will get me straight with capital one and pay my o/d i;m hoping for some more spending money now lol.

Oh no, they're not playing silly b*gg*rs with Cappo, are they?! That's so unfair - he's really sweet and helpful on this thread!

Like the MP idea. Local elections again next year... Definitely worth pursuing...

As for my claim, my 16 weeks are up at the end of this week and not had a decision yet. I wonder if, when Beckett wrote Waiting for Godot, he meant it as a commentary on waiting to hear about his mis-sold PPI...?

Good luck to you Cappo - hope all turns out well, and sooner rather than later. xx
