  • I have received an email today from FP from a Lady called Pamela Thomas, Customer Relations Executive, saying

I have received a copy of your email dated 23/09/2011 sent to our CEO mr Bob Diamond.

I am very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with FP and can confirm your concerns are being investigated. I should be able to supply further details by 5th October. :j

She has also given me her email address and what may be her direct telephone number.

Think this might be some progress guys :T

I'm not gonna get my hopes up though ( secretly I will!!!) but thanks
everyone for your amazing help so far :A

How long does it take to press the = button?
Aye ..exactly !! On a happier note my cousin told me he had word from Lloyds TSB that his claim was successful and he got over £16.000 back ....good for him !

    used them for finance agreements!
I know they have ceased trading now, but were they a subsidiary of anyone or did anyone buy them out?
    Many Thanks

    Hi Steve

What is your local mp like?

Because of health issues Steve, if you have a good mp, or try to contact one anyway, they may have an email contact, I would ask if they could write on your behalf, they will want your vote again in time to come and I'm sure they will write to the bank on your behalf, its not fair what your going through. x

    Hi Lisa

To make sure its the correct address, maybe contact the FOS who may have had dealings with these on complaints, hopefully they will hold the address, just say you are wanting to write to them to complain in regards of a mis sold ppi, for a friend, but unable to track down the address.

    Good luck x
