Just wondered, I have already received the confirmation from Barclays for the payout back in mid August but haven't heard from them ever since when they are actually going to pay it into my bank account.
Does anyone know how long it might take from letter to payout?0 -
PC007 - same here, I applied for a MBNA card back in Nov 2003 - sent a letter asking for PPI back as I know I never take it out - surprise surprise they sent a copy of my app with PPI ticked, stating that I asked for it in 14th January 2004 - the ticks not mind, I know that for sure and I know I would not have suddenly rang them in January requesting it. They rejected my request so I have now sent my complaint to FOS - dirty tricks me thinks !0

Hi annie should only be 28 days although the banks vary time wise, i'd contact them and ask where the payment is.0 -

Hi mate hope the painting going alright, i've had 7 upholds from HSBC so far it normally takes them up to 14 days to confirm your receipt of complaint, i would think it'll be a few weeks yet before you hear anything re uphold info i wish you lots of luck but you should hear soon.:) steve0 -
