    Hi i haven't picked it up yet, are doing so friday so will let you all know my news as to whether the info i really want is in there, you know what there like i've told the sar dept if statements arn't in there i will be chasing back after them just before i contact the ico but i my case i know they have the info as they sent me the dates i took the two cards out one in 92 one in 95, years i was self employed, they've been telling me for 5 months i did'nt have ppi on either of my accounts, i've told them pull the other one it's got bells on it.I know better
  • I phoned RBS again today . Spoke to a nice polite man called Greg . He told me "we have lots here for you " and they would get back to me last week in Sept or 1st week Oct (16 weeks will be up on 5th Oct ).

    I know a nightmare scenario I checked my insurance and it had run out the day before (it did'nt)

    Cheers fella, yeah i know the big dangers from it, hence why i'm off, the best bit is i'm the first aider at work too, lol, when i done my latest course i ended up teaching the class of the dangers of asthma, you could see the :eek: in their faces when they were told the truths!;)

    On 16th June .
    Just looking at my credit card with them now . Can you tell me if "cardholder protection plan" is PPI ?
