The problem with the FSA is
1: They do not have maximum authority
2: They are an authority with limited powers
3: Some would say they are useless
4: The Banks waive two fingers at them

Even if MNBA leave the UK, the masters, Bank of America will still have a presence here and are still licenced by the FSA to operate so have no fear about losing your money

I have never seen a drunk on a kebab ... is it painful:rotfl::rotfl:

Heard about an explosion in a kebab shop today are they connected do you think? lol.

100% YES, you have 4 yes's so well done
  • Hi all,

Congratulations to everyone who has had their claims upheld :j

This is just a query for the people who have had their bank loan claims upheld on mis-sold PPI (i.e. they have offered you full redress of a refund of PPI and interest and the 8%)
    • Has your loan still been running whilst you put in the claim?
    • Have you had the full amount of PPI refunded to you?
    • Have you had the amount refunded to your bank account?
    • Have the banks advised you what to do with the refunded PPI?
    • Have you had the full amount of PPI removed from your loan amount (so taking it back to the original loan amount as if without the PPI)?
I’m asking these questions for a reason as Di3004, Cappo and Ammersall will know from my past posts. I’ve been trying to help a friend argue with Lloyds that the amount refunded was at no time meant to be used to pay back the PPI which in effect would then be an unagreed loan. We don’t see how paying the refund and taking the PPI off the loan is paying my friend twice.
    :(

Hello again,i cannot believe you are still on with this!!!. keep e mailing ceo,and put a complaint into FOS and let the FSA know what is happening with this, your friend should have had correct redress and the bank have not done this.

SIR FRED GOODWIN the man who broke the bank
    EX CEO OF THE RBS

And it was not Monte Carlo, it was GREAT BRITAIN LTD

This was the self esteemed idiot who nearly brought the UK to it's knees.
He certainly created so much DEBT that we the taxpayers had to bail out the RBS, THIS IDIOT IS STILL AT LARGE LIVING OFF HIS FAT PENSION

He created the crisis we are in today.

So what happened to all the rubbish spouted by the then labour government, Gordon Brown ??? Blairs wife as a QC was going to get him into court ..... Sheri baby, the old vinal has worn thin

As Tony Blair would say ..
"LOOK, and I have said this before, I said it in the house, I said it in the loo .... we will get him :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

When are they going to bring the distructor of the British Economy to justice SIR FRED GOODWIN.

WHY IS HE STILL CALLED "SIR"

The "SIR" relates back to the knights of the round table who only received that title if they were good honest men and true.

Why is Goodwin still at large and not in prison
