Is anyone getting any success from the RBS ?

Has Stephen Hester the CEO of the RBS recovered yet from stealing money from the taxpayer to pay his bonus culture

For those who remember, he admitted that money from the taxpayers leaked into the RBS bonus system

RBS in the red after setting aside £millions to repay fraudulent PPI's

I together with 100's if not 1000's of people who have suffered damage from the banks, seek a "no win no fee" firm who is prepared to act for us with regard the fraudulent activities of the banks.

This will involve compensation claims of a high amount.

Unlike "no win no fee" regarding bank charges, this would provide a substantial income for any firm who accepts this challenge

I'm with you beamer if there's any solicitors going for this i'd like to know about it as well as i'd be very interested in this myself.:)

Noooo Virgin money is part of MBNA!! We dont want anymore involvement with them!
Thanks for the template letter you sent me Beamerguy :)

    Thats ok Kelly

Virgin money acts as an agent and will be paid commission for transactions via their Virgin card by MNBA
MNBA offer this service to many outlets, even the RSPCA and whilst it seems they are a part of MNBA they act as independents only, unfortunately for companies like Virgin, RSPCA and a whole host of others, the actions of MNBA (Bank of America) are bringing good companies into disrepute.
If MNBA are going to exit the UK as has been reported, we are well rid of them as they are a "donkey derby" set up who make huge amounts of money and make people's lives miserable

HOWEVER, before they go WE WANT OUR MONEY so the question is what are the FSA doing about this to secure our money

Yes Cappo lets wait and see, this site is really well known, we never know who is looking in
The one definate thing is that the banks look in daily so our voices are being read.

You can guarantee that the bank's lawyers read every word but how will they protect their clients from Fraud when the law is the law

The problem with the FSA is
1: They do not have maximum authority
2: They are an authority with limited powers
3: Some would say they are useless
4: The Banks waive two fingers at them

Even if MNBA leave the UK, the masters, Bank of America will still have a presence here and are still licenced by the FSA to operate so have no fear about losing your money

I have never seen a drunk on a kebab ... is it painful:rotfl::rotfl:
