    Thanks for that reply Amersall!

I got appointment in my bank tomorrow to talk about my loan so you think i should cancel appointment!

Thing im worried about as the bank has 16 weeks to reply to me and im worried if i dont get my claim accepted i would of paid 16 weeks worth of PPI so i wanted to cancel that now to stop paying it.

but i will wait if it really is best option ?!?!?!

Plus i sent the FOS questionaire about a week ago will they send a letter saying they have received it or anything and should i call them at any point to check they are checking the claim??
Cancel the appointment at the bank !! if you win mis sell you will get all the ppi back you have paid with interest.

Just hang on and see what the outcome is,usually when you cancel the ppi the loan has to be redone, and in some cases this could mean a higher apr and term,as this will be in effect a new loan,if you go to the appointment on monday, they have you in their grasp
you will be wide open for anything.

They should acknowledge your claim by 14 days,if you have heard nothing by then give them a ring and ask if they recieved this.

This has nothing to do with the amount, mine was 23000 and they paid up.
Is yours a difficult claim,as in the year or through a broker?,i dont understand why this may go to court.

could you lend me a fiver:)

    Hi Leon

Its up to you, but personally I would not bother, in case they try talking you out of it.
Deal with it in writing or complete the questionnaire as on their website.;)

Sorry missed the part leon where you have already completed the questionnaire, email them or ring them.

I agree with the girls leon don't do it.
