PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

I know some banks are a bit funny about it, when I did my five with RBS I put them all in seperately, but if your reasons were the same there probably isn't anything wrong with putting them in on the same form, just where it asks for your account numbers just put in the different loan numbers, and if you do a covering letter, just state that the complaint is in for the two or whatever number of loans it is for.
Thanks again Smitchy!
I'll send one to start and see what happens. The reasons for mis-sell will be the same for all loans so I'll wait and see if they ask for seperate forms. Think they will just tell me to go away anyway, as I can't find any paperwork but heyho, worth a stamp I suppose!!
Will keep you updated!
Good Luck to you and everyone else this week!!:)0 -
Hi

Hi Lisa
You can request a SAR if you want to, hopefully they will still hold the data going back that far, as some will and others will not, and only hold data going back to the last 6 years, saying that when i requested a SAR last year via Lloyds they enclosed data going back to the late 90's, so its a chance we take I suppose.
No harm in doing so, and if they're unable to provide you with any of the data, they must return your payment of £10 cheque or postal order and should explain by letter as well.

With the details above, I would ring or email them to make sure on the address.;)

Do you have the link to the SAR? if not then here it is here,,

If you bank with these as well, they supposed to provide everything/all data on all accounts you taken out with them by providing the bank number, and one SAR and one payment is sufficient, you can use your bank account number for this request, and/or enclose any other account numbers you have taken out with them under the same letter if you want to.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi guys ...
I'm sure the answers are in here but I started looking and was getting bogged down:
I have a First Plus loan, a rather substantial one - one that included a previous FP loan, and I know have some sort of option on unused PPI which I can claim in November of next year
I wanted to check with First Plus to see where I stand with this but Google brought up lots of pages about making claims against First Plus !
What is the basis of these claims ... is it purely PPI or have there been unfair charges etc., would a claim affect my current loan ?
Basically - what options do I have ?0 -
chrismargrett wrote: »Not as yet on the calculations. Just confused how the original PPI was £290 but there only offering me £230, maybe to do with me having defaulted on the loan
if the loan has now been settled chris it should'nt make any difference, the only time it should is if the loan hasn't been paid off or is in arrears with not being paid off, maybe they've made a mistake, i'd send IANC or niggly a pm and see if they'll check this out for you,it's not unknown that banks might send the wrong calculations out especially if it's in there favour.0 -
Hi guys at last LTSB have cashed my sar cheque, should'nt be long now.0
