    Hi all
had a letter from creation finance saying i didn't have ppi on my account from 2001-2005 and guess what I have all my statements and i definitely had ppi on, so thanks for the advice and cappos correct don't trust the info that they give you challenge it. i have resubmitted my claim.
Well done everyone on your wins
    Lisa
Did you resubmit it with copies of your statements, showing the ppi on it, sometimes I think they look at the latest statements, and think -what's she/he thinking about, instead of going back over the history of the account.
Good luck and keep us posted.:D
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Hi guys can anyone on here possibly give me any help, i have received an offer of sorts from hsbc without admission of liability offering to settle "on this occasion" now i think this sounds suspiciously like an offer of "goodwill" i don't know but when hsbc sends me a proposal i think it's going to be minus any interest as according to them they've not officially upheld, now the question can i accept any monies offered and chase the bank through the fos/fsa for the interest, accept a partial settlement as it were without closing the claim,i would really appreciate any help with this guys as i need a contingency plan ready to go at a moments notice, thanks for any advice in advance.

Hi guys sorry to cut in on any conversations now heard back about 2 credit card claims and one small hsbc loan hsbc are upholding first, another 4 to go with them where i'm expecting to hear about the others by end of august, don't know what they are paying yet as there making a payment without admission of liability it doesn't mention actually being a goodwill payment though so whether they'll try to knock my interest i don't know.

    1 mbna (won)
    1 tesco (won)

    2 creditcards,1 loan hsbc (won) T.D

Hi there, see what the offer is first,if you do the calcs and it is not right then you will have to go back to HSBC and tell them you want full redress or you will take this to the FOS.
if you are not happy with the offer they will not part settle, you have to sign in "full and final",try to get them to pay you what you are due first and take it from there.
