    How do,

    Hope all are well.

Just rang RBS (again) for update of when I will recieve my missold PPI as the 28 days are up.

I was told initially told "Friday" then he double checked and said "Sorry it will be a couple of more weeks yet....."

Have said this is not good enough, and asked what would happen if I went overdrawn and said "Sorry it will be a couple of more weeks yet....." I would be fined, fined and fined again, charged interest had credit destroyed and probably taken to the tower of london!

Again, he was deeply apologetic and said that they were behind and said he would get someone from PPI money to call me today. - Don't hold out too much hope.

Have a built up a dossier of lies and misinformation on RBS and will send as a separate complaint. Have e-mails that contradict each other and to be fair have had enough of them. I know it should be a period of celebration etc but it is so frustrating trying to get them to finally hand over what is rightfully mine!

Has anyone else had this same level of uselessness from RBS!

    Helpful banking my ....

    Hiya

I would tell them that you are going to contact the FSA.

I know of this being done and the case was then resolved quicker and paid out.

Maybe you could call the FSA on this matter, and as it's not being fair to the customer being told one thing then another, then surely they must intervene on this one.

Give it a go if you feel up to it, good luck hun x;)

    Hi
I have just been through all my cupboards and sent off claims for repayment of ppi
    3x mbna
    2 x santandar-wallis and house of fraser
    1x beneficial finance loan

i have also sent two off to Friends provident endowment claims- i have sold one endowment and cashed the other in but thought it was worth a try. Any advice on this?

My question is i have just had a look at experian credit report and found 4 further loans or credit cards, i know when the loans started and were settled but i don't have any account numbers- any ideas how to get these or do i apply without the account numbers?
Thanks and congratulations to everyone whose been successful in claiming
    Any advice gratefully received
    Lisa

    Hi
Only posted my complaints on Saturday and have received a response today, both refusals although both say that they have done an investigation all of 3 days including return postage time

Santander-wallis account say that my original complaint from 17th Nov 2001 to 16th sept 2004 was creation services so i must complain to them. Is this correct?

    it goes on to say
When my account was assigned to Santander Cards on 16/09/2004, my existing insurance policy was upgraded to an insurance provided by us. The policy was called account cover and comprises of price, purchase and payment protection. At this time you had an opportunity to change your mind as a policy summery and policy document was mailed to you for review. We offer a 30 day no-quibble money guarantee where the product could be cancelled and any premiums refunded(subject to no claim being made). This allows time to compare the policy of that to other insurance companies.

Since your account was assigned to Santander cards Ltd (formally GE Money) this insurance has been clearly shown on statements when a balance has been outstanding, and a claim could have been made at any point.

in light of comments set out in my letter, i can not find any evidence of miss selling of this insurance by santander cards UK Ltd. i am therefore unable to refund any payments applied to your account.
this is our final response. we have reached the end of our complaint handling procedures. if you are dissatisfied with our reponse you may refer your complaint to financing and leasing association.

It you require any further information, please contact me on 0871 522 5167 calls cost 10p per minute. any correspondence relating to your complaint can be sent to santander cards po box 700 Leeds ls99 2bd.

Firstly I was mis sold I have been a local government officer since 1993 so no need to have this cover, I have had periods of sickness but as I receive 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay I have never made a claim.
I never received the policy that they say they sent me and they upgraded my cover in their own words
I did see ppi on my account and tried to have the premium removed about 3 months ago by phone but was told I had to write in to remove it, which I did last month, but before then never realised what it was or that I could have it removed.
So do I write to financing and leasing association.
and does people think I have a claim?

Is it worth also putting in a claim to Creation cards for the period 17th Nov 2001 to 16th sept 2004?
Please help im new to this and would welcome any advice, also do I include the original template I sent in when writing on financing and leasing association or change it as I have two seperate claims now or keep it as one claim.

    Thanks in advance
    Lisa

    Hello

Still waiting for my final response from Lloyds, claim raised 29th October 2010.

Just been thinking if they were to reject my claim after waiting nearly 10 months would they be allowed to get away with that??

Their wonderful charming customer services have still not replied to my email that I sent a week ago. Even more annoying the CEO was copied in!!!

I read some where on here today the someone has had there October claims upheld but getting really really frustrated now.

Any ideas what to do now????

    Thanks

Lloyds suck.......... due to all of this ppi business its just highlighted how shocking they treat their customers, rejected or upheld, i for one will to switching my bank. ive moved all my monies into one account to make the switch simple and as soon as i moved a rather large amount from one of my savings account the phone rang and lloyds account management asked if they could help with anything! the swines:mad: not that bloody quick to contact you about ppi though are they! ;)

hang tight good news is on its way im sure ;);):D

    Thank you.

Lol nothing like cheek, I'm going to change banks WHEN my claim is upheld and it's paid my loan off. Santander will be getting a new customer out of me!!!

Maybe I should charge Lloyds £15 for the day I made my claim and then £6 for every day they have taken plus 8%.

Thanks for your positive reply, really need to be positive or I'm going to drive myself made.

Well done to all winners :T
