hey all , i made a complaint to barclays on the 26/04/2011 2 weeks later i got a letter asking me to fill a questionaire out , i sent it back and a couple of weeks later i got one saying they were looking in to it and i would get a reply by the 23rd june ! a bit eager i popped in to my local branch to see if there was any info on my complaint and the man said that any claim made before the 21/04/2011 was gonna get an offer by 21/08/2011 bit gutted has i was only 5 days off this do u think they will still take it into account ?? the advisor i spoke to wasent making much sense tbh and i dident have time to speak to any one else . has any body had any dealings wiv barcalys or any simlar experiances ? thanks in advance x x

I think knowing the banks they will stick to this timetable as it suits them, ask the question, they might make an exception, but i would'nt unfortunately count on it. Good luck

    Hi eveyone,

Just wondered if anyone has had an update from Halifax this week? I daren't email the CEO of Lloyds again coz i'll probably get the same snotty woman from Halifax Customer Services telling me the same thing again!! Just sick of waiting, like a lot of us are!

I was just thinking the same about RBS!! They seem to be dragging their heels. Now they've got an extension it's doubtful that we'll hear anything until the last minute.

I posted my claim form and questionnaire off to M&S Money last week... Keeping just about everything crossed... Not overly optimistic though.

Good luck to everyone else with claims in the process. :) xx

I think we're all getting the run around at the moment i mistakenly thought it would be easy and straightforward to claim after the judicial review how wrong i was,the lenders are taking extreme liberties at the moment and this looks set to continue,i think the name of the game now is to put as many people off claiming as they can and that's where forums like this are so good as they clearly tell people what there rights are,if you have a case you have been wrongly deprived of your money you are entitled to it back,so stick in there all of you,we'll all get our money in the end.
