    Absolutely wonderful!:T:beer::j great news Cappo.

    Did they also send you prior to this the written calculations?
    So pleased for you and well deserved x:beer:

    I am asking, as you know they sent my calculations but I have nothing/no paperwork to compare it to, so wondering if they will send what they stated or if it will differ, but Cappo that is wonderful:T

    Hi KIMY

    Did you get round to contacting the FOS on this? you can ring them on the general customer line, and they would have dealt with them when dealing with complaints, they should be able to give you the correct contact details.

    Sorry if you missed my post on this earlier.;)

    Hiya

    I would just write a simple personal letter of request.

    Just write something like this......

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Account number

    I enclose £1 cheque/Postal order for the request of my Credit Agreement and I expect to receive this by 12 days.
    The account number for this Policy is shown as above.

    (You can mention that you spoken to one of the staff member's) on the telephone dated XX/XX/2011 who said that you were to request for this by writing with the enclosed payment if you want to).
    Keep it simple.;)

  • Hi all,

    I have been following this thread for a while but this is my first posting. I took out an unsecured Natwest loan, that included PPI and ended up defaulting on the loan. I am now paying back the loan in instalments following a charging order being placed against my home. Any idea if I will run into problems trying to claim back the PPI, as I'm worried they might try to enforce a sale of my house to recover the original debt.
    I can't remember exactly when the loan was taken out but thinking it might be on the 6 year cut-off mark. Thanks for any advice.
