Despite my numerous letters to Hester, the "fob off's" keep on coming

    Latest from the RBS says
" I am sorry you are unhappy that Mr Hester has not replied to you personally. Regrettably, our board of directors receive an extraordinary amount of mail on a daily basis. I am also sorry we have been unable to find a mutually suitable conclusion to your case"

I wonder why they get so many letters ???? Guess we know.
They do not want to find a conclusion to the case do they, even though they stole my money which is fraud.

    MY LETTER BACK TO HESTER

    Royal Bank Of Scotland
First Floor, The Business House F
    P.O.BOX 1000
    Gogarburn
    Edinburgh EH12 1HQ

PERSONAL ATTENTION OF STEPHEN HESTER, GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE

    16th June 2011

    Dear Sir,

Yet another "fob off" letter, this time from your Allan Robertson. Clearly Mr Robertson does not read letters as again, you have failed to answer my question ???

    YOUR MAXINE DOHERTY SAID:-
" However, as you are unable to provide any additional information for me to take into account, I am unable to change my previous decision" ???
    I ASKED YOU:-
What additional information is that Mr. Hester ???? Can you please enlighten me

Mr Hester, as you have all the information, it is the belief of most now that despite the recent High Court case, you have no intention of repaying monies you stole from people from offering PPI's that were not worth the paper they were written on.
False representation is an act of fraud as covered by the Fraud Act 2006.

I do not and WILL NOT accept any more of your "fob off" letters. I have placed with the Royal Bank of Scotland a claim for compensation. I will persue this claim against you and will now encourage others to do the same if they were damaged by your bank.

Furthermore, as the conclusion is that you are not interested in paying monies back, it is now prudent to pass this information to the FSA and FOB for their consideration. I am also passing this to my MP with a request for him to report back to me on this very serious matter

    Yours faithfully

That's the spirit beamer, this is an unfortunate tack to have to take but it seems as if the banks (this one in particular) only understand people giving them there own medicine back.

    Thanks Di

When you say contact the FLA first, do you mean by telephoning them or sending them something in writing?

Personally I would ring them as the quickest method, but that is up to you of course, good luck.;)
