Hello, can anyone tell me if you have to fill a seperate PPI-consumer questionare for each loan you have had. I personally have had 7 in the last 6yrs each with the RBS. And do you have to supply the loan agreement number or the PPI agreement number, because I have the Loan Details ( ie acct number ) only so far.
Any help gladly appreciated.

Hi Bob

You can keep to the same questionnaire, depending if all mis sold for the same reasons, or if you prefer complete separately and of course add all account numbers that apply, you use the Loan account number as you have, that is fine.

You can do if you want to, see what comes back.
Template for SAR below, tweak to your requirements and enclose £10 cheque or postal order, they have 40 calendar days to comply, post by recorded delivery.

The same way as loan ppi, step 3 below to the reclaim questionnaire, complete and send to the ones responsible, head or complaints dept, allow 8 weeks,and as usual keep copies, good luck.

I am also aware its Barclays.

Check on the Barclays website, and like this site they have the same procedures on how to reclaim by completing the reclaim questionnaire, follow the details directly from their website I would, allow 8 weeks and keep copies of everything as well, all the best.
