Hello there
Sorry to hear your still waiting and hope your not waiting too much longer now, its believed that the FSA have now given banks new timescales, so basically the longer its been in the sooner you should hear something.

Above is the Chief Executive, if your not happy with the way your complaint is being handled, email Ian as above and ask them for a timescale.
Good luck.
Thank you very much for this, might get at least a little bit of sense from them using this. x0 -
Hello all, I'm new to this site and hope someone can help.
I took out a loan with Lloydstsb back in June 2006. I had
a face to face meeting. The Lloyds advisor advised me that
I should take out a consolidating loan.
He told me that if i didn't take out PPI then it was unlikely
that i would be successful with his advised loan. He also stated
that taking the PPI would also give me a lower interest rate for
The loan.
I called Lloyds on the 5th May and complained and I sent in the
claim form. I haven't heard anything since. I'm a little concerned
as I've heard that most PPI rebates have been for Credit Card
PPI sales over the phone.
Can anyone please advise, it would be very much appreciated.

Dizzy Di, WoW, thanks for the quick reply. I email now. However,
I'm not sure what to put in the email. Any ideas what outcome I'm
likely to receive? Thanks again.0
