well done to you stillsmiling with adjudicator myself against that lot so hopefully not too long now how long did it take you from getting to an adjudicator if you don't mind me asking.

Of course I don't mind you asking! It took almost a year for my case to be assigned and since then has taken about 2 weeks. I had a call from the ombudsman on 6th Feb to say he was taking my case. He wrote to Worst Plus on the same day and today I got his response. :T

Hope you get lucky too!

Okay, so I know Worst Plus will pay out (Thanks Ombudsman!) but how do I work out what they owe me? Can someone please help? If so what info do you need from me?

thanks a lot stillsmiling have been with adjudicator 3 weeks this thursday so might be quite quick now.
