many thanks bugsy
do you think i should ring them and ask for this info or a letter
Hiya
Was meant to post to your earlier post and can now see its been answered to.;)
Personally I would keep everything in writing, keep copies of what you send and receive in case you need to go back to it again at some point.
The best of luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
MBNA said they would send me a response by 2nd May (end of 8 weeks) but to date nothing. Their letter only gives a mail address. I tried the Customer Satisfaction Department number given on their leaflet but eventually gave up. Does anyone have a direct email address? Would be much appreciated if you do.0

Hiya
Barclays head office or complaints dept.
http://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal-home/customer-service/complaints/
Check the details on above link, you could send by email as well as hardcopy if you want to, ask them to confirm acknowledgment.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

The Marksman
They do tend to get round to responding to emails as well.
What I did was email an attachment of my complaint to them and sent one by hardcopy post as well, when emailing them if you have not got the acknowledgement receipt facility, ask them to confirm delivery of your email reclaim/complaint.;)
Lloyds website has details of the complaints procedure as well, and the reclaim questionnaire.
Let us know how you get on. Fingers crossed.;)
AWESOME!
once again thank you so much for all your help;):D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim
