I see they have e-mail can i send my claim via e-mail or is a letter in the post the better option?
When I sent my by email to Lloyds, I did also send them a hard-copy in the post, but you can do if you want to, but ask they confirm receipt of receiving your email/reclaim complaint.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

No offence taken
In Section C.3 on the questionnaire, I was asking if it was okay to put in as much information as my OH had i.e. the dates and amounts of arrears, and whether he should mention his DMP. Another forum member has answered that and said yes, put it in, and mention he is still on the DMP too.
This is right, the fos will need all the info you can give them and it saves Egg stalling.
I actually have another question now about Section B.6 of the questionnaire (sorry) - this is an Egg credit card. Egg wrote to my OH in 2007, advising that the account had been terminated, and that they would no longer honour any regular payments set up on the account (incl, for example the card protection plan). My OH doesn't know whether to put in Section B.6 if the insurance is still running, if it was cancelled early (and put in the date of this letter), or it ended when the credit card account was closed (and put in the date of this letter). He has no further correspondence and was on a DMP plan well before that. What do you (and anyone else) think?
Put a copy of the letter in with form, to show that Egg in effect cancelled this account and in that section, put that you have enclosed a copy of the letter recieved from egg due to the fact you went on a dmp.
Many thanks as always - sorry to take up so much forum space. My OH is worried about the process and we're working through this together, so I'm posting questions as they come up.you want help and we want to help

It may not help many in the end if the banks appeal and win, if they appeal and lose, then your claim will be processed as usual.
You are as wise as me at this moment in time, someone may post who knows more about this.0
