Hi there
What my son done was still write to GE money and they forward the complaint on to Santander, post by recorded delivery to check status of delivery via Royal Mail Website Track and Trace, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi Di..
Thanks..:)..maybe not so much a citibird , more of a lame duck at the mo, trying to get to grips with these claims...! It does feel like the system is designed for the banks to take money, and use whatever tactics to keep it that way...will keep on trying x0 -
Sent 2 letters by recorded on 15th February. One to Capital One signed for next day but the one to Citi Bank says "being progressed through our network for delivery". I checked the address for complaints on the web before I sent it. Any ideas about how to contact them and are they just not accepting delivery? The first letter I did not send to them recorded and they are the only one out of a batch sent that did not send an initial advice letter either, hence the second letter recorded delivery.0

Hi
I have received a letter from Egg Bank today saying my claim for PPI has been upheld and they will be refunding all premiums charged to my account for the last 6 years however as I have an outstanding balance the payment will be applied directly to my Egg account.
My account is not in arrears and monthly payments are met therefore is anyone able to advise if they can do this.
Thanks in advance
Well done on winning your claim.:T:T I do hope you get the money refunded directly to you rather than straight back in their pockets.Good luck
