    Hi amersall

    Oh blimey I cannot remember.
I know or think Marshallka may have been successful but not sure if that was in regards of a mis sold policy or the insurance refund/unfair rebate.

I should be hearing some news on mine by the 21 Jan from the FOS and that is the insurer, will let you know when I hear.

If I find the links I will post them up for you.
But I do recall on some posts about this too, maybe they are going very far back lol.;) XXX

    Hi Di3004,
As I promised to come back and report any progress, AXA 8 weeks given by FOS expired on the 30th December 2010 and they have not done nothing, so I contacted the lady from FOS who sent them a letter in the first place and she told me that since their time is up, I should now send all FOS complaint forms plus any other correspondence since this case started which I did this afternoon posted recorded delivery.

To be honest, I am glad they are the ones dealing with this issue because the guy at AXA is so rude and arrongant, to me its a relieve the FOS will chase them from now on.

Keep you posted on any other developments. I cannot wait for this to come to a positive end.

is it to late to still claim ppi ?
  • Thanks for the advise again,

So basically if my husbands business went through a stage where he just couldn't get any work, the only way he could claim on the PPI is to dissolve the business.

Many thanks for your help again.
