Hi there
Its my first post here.
Today I received letter from Barclaycard and they enclosed a reconstituted copy of my credit agreement, but in this agreement is nothing about PPI,
I dont remember if I signed anything that time, but definltly I was self employed that time (till today).
Do you think I can claim on this?
Thank you

Hi and welcome Thomas
The agreement should show if PPI was taken out?
So I take it then its not enclosed on the agreement?
Have you checked monthly statements? this should show if your paying out for ppi.
Your able to make a reclaim if the ppi was mis sold to you for any reason you may have.
More details below, check this out and ask for any other help if required, good luck.

If your not sure if ppi was taken out, to double check contact them, they must confirm either way.
Hope this is of some help for you.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hiya
You can make a reclaim by completing the reclaiming questionnaire, this replaced the reclaiming template letter here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#reclaim
Complete and send, remember to keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to refer to this at some point.
Hope this helps.
They have 8 weeks to give a decision, they may write to ask for more time, if you can as well post by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi all, I am trying to decide weather to claim for ppi. 2 years ago i had a massive paycut and got into a bit of difficulty repaying my credit cards. I now have a payment agreement with the credit card companies and am wondering if i can claim for ppi against these companies and if there will be any repercussions with regard to the payment agreements i have with them if i do claim. If i am succesful the money would go to paying off some of the debts. Hope someone can shed any light on this matter. many thanks0
