I forgot to add, if you've no paperwork, just as long as you have the account number that is fine, you can then just request for a copy of your agreement in writing (give them the account number) and enclose £1 cheque or postal order, request they supply by 12-14 days.
The other way is to request a Subject Access Request (SAR) where they have 40 calendar days to comply and send all the data they hold on you.
You have to enclose a payment of £10 cheque or postal order for this request.

To retrieve an account number, this should be shown on statements from your bank next to the monthly repayment, if you bank online this should allow you to go back about 6-7 years.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Bugsy are you about at all?:D
I need some contact details from you please, this is in regards of the FOS and some calculation issues that have been going on since March 2010, basically my hubby was paid out but they think something was amiss and the last email was received in July from the one dealing with the calculations, and stated they were still liaising with Lloyds on the matter and will get back in touch soon.
So we emailed for an update today, only to receive an email back today that - that actual adjudicator have now left the FOS, and to email the casework response section, done that but I feel it may even take more time before he hears anything.
So what i do require is details of Natalie Cheedy, something like that, is that her name?
Thanks hon.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi Di,
I am contesting my remuneration as well, as you know, and have a chap from the FOS, called Cyrus Ghzvini awaiting to receive the figures from Lloyds. I am sure that my letter to Natalie Ceeney helped in getting things sorted.
I have also sent a further complaint to Lloyds telling them that they have acted illegally in using my redress to clear my credit card debt without any consultation with me.
Lloyds believe that the reconstructing of my account is done by using my refund money to clear the debt. My interpretation of reconstructing the account is removing all the PPI plus interest and then re working the statements, minus the PPI and interest.
Lloyds also told me that they use the last statement they have on file from 10 years ago to determine the calculation for 2000 back to 1987. The FOS have said that it is the average of the last 12 months that is used, so I still think that Lloyds are trying to pull a fast one.
The address for Ms Ceeney is;
Ms Natalie Ceeney, C.B.E.
Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman
Financial Ombudsman Service
South Quay Plaza
183 Marsh Wall
London
E14 9SR
If you write to her ask for an emailed confirmation of receipt of your letter. Her executive assistant, Joe Miles, will e mail you very promptly.0 -

Thank you so much for this.:T;)
Arh almost had her surname right lol:D LOL.
I do think Lloyds have a law of their own.
With hubby's it was about 2007 he made the complaint to the FOS, something like that, and it was originally upheld in 2008 but they ignored the adjudicators decision, then of course it went onto the ombudsman and again they upheld, and they paid out in March this year, the adjudicator asked when hubby receives the calcs is to let them know, so these were sent on to them, and they got back to say they were contacting lloyds again on this to ask them to re-access as something did not add up, this is what he have been waiting for since the end of March, so 6 months just awaiting if the calcs and refund he received was correct or not.
I will write to Natalie then and use the same procedures as yourself.
Thanks again hon.:T;)XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

When I got the first reply from Joe Miles I used to email directly back and within a day I would get a phone call from the FOS case workers.
I now phone once a week for an update but, more often than not, the FOS phone me first.0 -

I firmly believe that Lloyds have something to hide but most people just walkaway with what they get, happy that they have won, and happy to have money back in the bank.
Take my situation.
I have requested an SAR from Lloyds last week but the 6 statements I have to hand are from 2003, 2004 and 2007, with a balance of £12,200, £11,400 and £14,400 respectively, and PPI of £77.00 per month on average. Over the 4 years the balance hovered around the same sort of level.
I took out loans with Lloyds in 2002 (5 year) and 2004 (7 year) to consolidate debt, including the Lloyds cc, so it seems strange that Lloyds are telling me that the balance for my cc in Jan 2000 was £1,222 with PPI premium of £12.00! The FOS guideline is an average PPI payment over the last 12 months on record, not one month.
The difference between £12.00 per month PPI used as a figure from 2000 back to 1987, and £77.00 per month is over £40,000 more in redress, so no wonder Lloyds are not keen to provide the figures!!0
