Hi hows it going, are you still with the claim company or did you get out of that?.0 -
Marshallka,
The information you needed in my post yesterday is the following :
Loan amount £8901.00 for 84 Months. I had this loan since AUGUST 2004, but it has been topped up to this amount in July 2006.
Interest charged @ 11.9%
PPI premium on LOAN is £3797.97, interest @ 11.33%
The TOTAL amount of the loan plus PPI is £12517.29
I got a refund of £2020.01 in Oct 2009, BUT (I mean a BIG BUT) £2281.97 WAS taken OFF. I am £261.96 SHORT, where is it ?
Also, £504.01 was taken OFF at the same time as interest, BUT Egg put BACK onto the LOAN. SO, INTEREST which I should have got was NOT paid to ME at all.
They STILL owe me at least ANOTHER £504.01. If the PPI was COMPLETELY TAKEN OFF then ANOTHER £1516.00 SHOULD have been paid back to ME which is the REST of my PPI premium.
EGG owes me a lot of money, I want this back. Under the NEW FSA rules which has been clearly been see in TODAY'S papers, I should be reinbersed with the PPI plus INTEREST going back to the point of not having a PPI, in my case JUST the LOAN of £8901.00.
Also another point to make. Why have I been given 2 different amounts for the same LOAN ( £10,235,32 & £10,260.03) and the HIGHER one (£10,620.03) sold on to the CREDIT COMPANY in May 2010 ?
ALL of the PPI should have been taken off the loan leaving me with £8901.00, this has NOT been done. This is what I am questioning about ?
Again, I stress that EGG STILL owes me at least the INTEREST of £504.01 which they took off first then put back onto the loan & the difference between their total amount of £2281.97 and what I got back in Oct 2009 £2020.01.
I have been CONNED by EGG, I think.
The FOS are going to RE-OPEN this case for me now.
I hope this info helps you.
Any further Ideas

Hi all evening, apparently he's my case officer for my Natwest complaint,I did a quick search on here and apparently he's a bit elusive.. anyone ever dealt with him direct and if so, how did they get on with him?0

Good evening all
Hope your all ok.
Update from Barclaycard today saying they are sorry to hear my complaint re mis selling of PPI and have cancelled this with immediate effect. They will be in touch when my complaint has been fully investigated.
Just waiting and see now.
