    Hi hun
    How are you?
    Thank you.;)

Yes I agree, we should all take one day at a time, and hope we all get there in the end.;)
The same for you as well hun and every single poster on this forum.;) :A

    Di,

You dont have to explain why you have it fast tracked,
If you do and you succeed then im happy for anyone who get their cash back whether they need it or not,

Unfortunately this world as turned into a every man for himself attitude which is wrong but thats the way it is,

Personally if the choice is bum or be bum-ed then i know which id prefer and its the 1st part:eek: before any snide comments come through:rotfl:

Just rang them AGAIN about my Firstplus  . They have again said that they do not know why nothing has been done as yet and will try to chase this up. I have asked for fast track and sent all the details in and that was weeks ago. I am now getting annoyed (putting it mildly!!!!) about this. I sent in my complaint before i sent in the Co-op ones. My co-op ones are already with an adjudicator and that has been since 11th September and my Firstplus one is the one i really want sorting and nothing yet.

No-one can tell me anything black or white about this. I have also rang about my co-op ones as since it was assigned an adjudicator and he rang i have emailed a few times and got one automated reply to say annual leave until 19th September and then now it says that he is on sick leave until 29th September. I have rang his under study and he has told me they are still awaiting things from the Co-op again after sending them another nudge. I asked what now and he says that there is no set time limit for a firm to actually send the items. He did say that all four loans are being looked into though if i mentioned them on the complaint form. (I did mention them but still none the wiser as i actually wrote "i realise that these are outside of jurisdiction etc but we actually had four loans and each PPI was missold". He told me that a copy of the actual complaint that you send in is then sent on to the company:eek: . I did not know this so be very careful what you say. Anyway, i just wanted to rant and this time about the FOS. I just wish they would get things together. I don't seem to have any luck with them at all.

The lady I spoke to today about FIrstplus said someone would call me back later on today but i then told her I had had that response 3 times (each time i have called over 3 weeks) and that not once had anyone done that.

Why can't they just answer things for me. I have put my complaint very plain and simple. Its about an unfair rebate of a PPI policy. Nothing more, nothing less and then i have added the details of the settlement and loan, PPI etc.

Bless you Di, like pinknico says you need not explain yourself to others:A

Some are very bitter and selfish wanting to make sure that they themselves are put before others without any consideration, and by the sounds of it no matter how worse off the next person is, as long as they get seen to first sod everyone else.

How annoyed I feel that anyone should judge the person using the fast track service, it has nothing to do with anyone.

If you can't use it tough, get on with it and stop moaning.

Just a simple note to let you know about a friend through hospital, who I have advised to ask for Fast Tracking. She has the same disease as me, but further along ...... she was brought into hospital because she could not afford her heating, and she (like me) has a condition which affects her extremeties (fingers, toes etc.,) so she really needs heat. By the time, they got her into hospital, 3 (THREE) toes were hanging by threads, 2 on one foot, 1 on the other ...... well we were awoken by staff for breakfast and meds, when she called me over, to help her look for her ........ TOE, it had fallen off in the night and she did not want to bother the staff. She NEEDS her heating, but can't afford it, the reclaim would certainly help her heat her home without fear of bills, and she might be able to keep her remaining toes ..... waiting until the summer is not really an option as the weather is somewhat warmer and her heating bills will be more affordable. Is that a sufficient reason to ask for fast-tracking???

I am sorry to hear this nee naw, I hope this will put things inperspective for those(not that there are many thank god) who think everyone should be treated equal and think they are hard done by.
Please pass my best wishes on to your friend and I hope her claim is dealt with quickly and is successful.

    Hi Nee Naw

So sorry to hear about your hospital friend. What a distressing thing to have happened.

You are quite right they would be ideal for fast track.

It is such a shame that some who have foreign holidays and do not work for silly excuses for example claim fast track and people like your friend and those in true need such as people with illness or Carers are slowed down through the fast track process because of this.

You have a very valid point Nee Naw
