Hi Trish
As your aware they all have 8 weeks in full to respond with a reclaiming complaint.
How long ago was it you posted to them?
cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi
Yes they are correct, if its not them that set this up, but the retailer who did.
However, as they state they have forwarded your letter, send a follow up to make sure they are dealing with it.
Tell them your aware your letter was forwarded on to them by BH, and will they please confirm receipt of delivery, as they have 8 weeks as from the date on your letter to deal with it.
I know this can be confusing, even though the agreement has the lenders details enclosed, but the ones who sold and set this up are still responsible for mis selling the product to you.
Does that make any sense?
It does yes, Thanks once again.0 -

what i would do is write to these people with copy of Black Horse response attached and request they investiaget your complaint, once they repsond you can thne take your next step.
they may come back and say they only refered you to BH in which case you can go back to them. (at least then there will be no doubt)
no doubt Di will be along soon to add a bit more
LOL, I just more or less repeated what you said really.:T

Realistically yes.
But I would also either write or ring to make sure they received this and when.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi i am looking for some advice, i have currently got a cc charges complaint going on and decided to look at ppi. I sent a SAR request to Citifinacial and while i have now recieved paperwork on all loans taken from them since 2001 i have not recieved credit card statements altough that information was also requested on SAR, i have spoke with citicards who tell me they cant find my account info (paid off card 3 yrs ago) and citifinancail who say they have nothing to do with credit cards. Do i have to now write separatly to citicards with another fee for statements???
Question 2.....on looking through loan paperwork i see i have ppi on loan taken out in 2001 with Assocaites.......total paid to customer 2000 , optional insurance 562.44 ( never optional when told need in order to obatin finance ) arrangement fee 75.00 amount fiananced 2637.44 over 18months 43.6apr amount of monthly installments 187.25. could someone please advise as to how much i can claim for ppi?
then in 2003 i refinanced total paid to customer 1569.24.....refinanced 3130.76......opional insurance 790.71.....arrangement fee 100.00......amount financed 5590.71......37.2apr......30 monthly installmants of 268.26.........again advise on how much recliam
and lastly refinanced again in 2006.......amount apid to customer 1874.70.........refinanced 4125.30......optional ins 309.00....arangement fee 115.00..... total amount payable 7781.54.......23.2apr .....24mnth at 324.23.
i Know its long winded but hoping someone who bit better at maths can give me some idea what i can claim for
Thanks0
