Hi,
Okay I have filled out the forms and I'll post them off today (looking at nearly £2000 worth of PPI, WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!)...
Do I need a covering letter for the forms, is there a template on the site anywhere?
Thanks for everyones help and fingers crossed!0 -

Hi Lisa, well done and good luck.:T;)
A letter is not essential but you can only if you want to, if there is anything you feel you need to add, but otherwise the forms are fine.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi all. Just got my letter through from Bank of Scotland, who have agreed to uphold my complaint and give my PPI back!! There was no second letter for me, just the first form. BoS were really good too, kept me up to date with phone call and letters which was good to keep me informed.
Thanks for all who helped me out before I sent it!0 -

Just had a reply from Lloyds from one of my complaints that were Loancheck and now with FOS. Claimed 3150.00 plus interest plus 8% they offered Good will gesture of 483. Have written to say this is not acceptable. The thing is they have already paid CORI (Commercial overdraft insurance) back because of medical conditions and are now not accepting those medical conditions on the current complaint. Have pointed this out to them and await their reply with interest.:mad:0
