Saw a bit of this on the Daily and don't know what to suggest Buffy, except that a half term is only 6 weeks...not too long in the grand scheme of things.
If it is completely untenable .... but would a stress related leave be best? Work out your notice that way.( completely understand if you would rather not)
I can only think that you should be getting total support from your Union rep and would badger until you get an answer.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I really didn't. told my bestwork friends I was looking and won't be there next year. it went ok, they were upset but I must do this. I want to be happy again.
Told Mum too, and actually she said, I am glad because you have been so unhappy, you do it you'll be alright. which was a suprise!
The next few months are going to be hard but there is a light. there really is.
Buffy, so sorry to hear what's happened hun :grouphug:
Do you think one of the above mentioned 'friends' could've dropped you in it with your boss?
Back later. Hugs love xxxIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Buffy, what you are going through is absolutely terrible my friend.
Keep on at the Union Rep and have a witness EVERY time your boss wants to meet with you. I dont know how he *ucking dare   It sound like he is a rubbish manager so to compensate for that he throws his weight around and bullies his staff.
Could you put a grievance in against him on the grounds of intimidation and bullying? It has been making you ill after all.
Sweetie I really feel for you, but you can rise above this and look to the future which will hold the happiness you deserve.
((((((BIG HUGS))))))But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi Buffy, all I saw when back-tracking on the Daily Chat was 'Oh Buffy you poor thing' etc......whaaaaat!
I agree with what the wise Louise has said.
Do you think that Mr !!!!!! would be open to withdrawing this in consideration of you offering your Notice?
Or is he one of those 'holier-than-thou' a**eh*les?
You've got my number, Mon to Fri ( and Tomorrow 1am to 12noon ) if you want to rant!
Take care of you xxxx ( and the wildlife ):D stay wonky

Hi all, thank you all, I came home yesterday with a migraine, had to go out to dinner (which was lovely I love my friends so much) but was so ill when I came home and I feel wrung out now.
I don't think it was either of my friends, it does all come down to my boss, he wrote a memo about some stuff about two weeks ago. He expects loyalty from us but doesnt give any. I hate him
I won't be beaten. I am not sure how I am going to manage it but I won't be beaten. Still can't really believe it is real. I feel like crap today tho, an afternoon nap is in order me thinks.
THank you all again tho.
