Yay! Thanks Rachael :T0 -
Received my recent order today, but still awaiting my old order - although i dont think there will be much of it still avaible. But anyway.
Really pleased with my other order - some yummy bits in there, especially the tinned sweets.0 -

Hoping to receive my parcel today.
my stuff had bubble wrap all around it. i was impressed with the packaging:D0 -

Same here - I almost had to battle with the packaging to get to my goodies!0 -
We've received our first (of many!) orders! It was well packaged and the substituted products were of better quality (IMO). DH and I were equally impressed and can't wait for some new stock to order again! Yay Approved Foods:T :T :T£100 Clothing Challenge #34 0/£100

Mine on route. Annoying thing is becuase it was delayed and I found out I had be away from my house for a few days, and worried it might arrive while I was away I emailed AF to ask to delay delivery till today.
Seems it arriving early was least of my worries :rotfl:
Btw has anyone had problems with the shopping basket on the AF site? For some reason I haven't traced yet it keeps duplicating the items in my basket - It will open up after I have added a new item and adjusted the number of items (after clicking add to basket on item description) and it has all or most of the previous items listed twice. So I end up with 2 lots of each item doubling the price and weight of my order!
Am using Firefox 3.5 on Ubuntu Linux 8.04. Am going to test on Opera and then on Windows XP Internet Explorer,Firefox, etc to see if I get the same error, but wondered if anyone else had noticed it, and if on Firefox are they using addons like noscript or adblock or other addons that control the flow of website scripts?
Edit: Cleared the browser history, cookies to clear the basket and started again. The error does not occur for me if I input the item amount on the main page (as a pose to clicking the details to see if in stock, adding to basket and then adding extra items.) and then navigating to the page with the list (for example the new items list) and adding a new item. I hope this information can help AF to diagnose any possible problem with his site, but if others do not have the same problem then it is likely the problem is on my end. At least my basket isn't overflowing with duplicate items atm.
2nd Edit: Did it again, just as I had chosen all the things I wanted the basket duplicated items. Going to try again tomorrow, and hope can get order to work in windows. If not then dunno. Wish me luck - want to get order sorted soon0 -

I just wanted to give everyone an update on how where we are. On 16 Jan we recieved a huge amound of orders, it took us all quite by surprise. Due the the rise in order we were left with massive amounts of items being out stock, causing further delays in proccessing the orders. We are now just trying to get back on track, but unfortunately still trying to deal get through all the 16th orders.
We are still working round the clock to proccess all the orders. If anyone has any questions or complaints please dont hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for all the support and the patience.

I have been trying to reply to peoples status requests as they come in. Some emails were not recieved yesterday due to our inbox being full. A bit of an oversight on my part. Please could you email again and I will get back to you straight away.

RachaelAre orders placed via Google Checkout also not received when your 'inbox' is full?
Do I/we need to contact you by phone (in case your email inbox is full) the day after each order has been placed to check that it's been received and then contact you again 18 days later to check that it's been printed off by you?
By the way, 16th January to 3rd February and 17th January to 4th February inclusive are 18days, not the "12-day backlog of orders"as per the current announcement on the web site!0
