Ordered on 17th of Jan. Money debited on 17th Jan. Have heard nothing regarding my order - either from approved foods or dhl. No idea when delivery will be. Am disappointed with the service I've received.

Well i didnt recieve mine. It was saying that it was being held at lichfield becuase its " damaged ". It updated last night to " shipment data recieved " at lichfield... so i thought... i might have it today. Looked again this morning and it was out for delivery in SHEFFIELD! They have returned it to dan.

I phoned him earlier on... i rang his house phone... apologise for this dan, i had no idea. I though it was the business phone... i got it of an email you sent me earlier last week! He was helpful, and said that as soon as dhl drop it off, he will re pack it and send it back on its way on the same vehicle.

Hopefully i shall get it tomorrow!!

    1. do you have to place the order online first, or can you just go and have a look round and get what you want when you are there? i will probably order online first anyway but do they tell you if they have any new stock that isnt online yet and let you buy it? - No you can just walk around though not much room as its crammed with stuff !

    2. are children allowed in the warehouse? my son is 3 and will either just hold my hand or sit in his buggy, he definately wont be running around![/quote] - took my 6yr old and he was OK but it is a warehouse so really cold so wrap him up well :D

it also does come down to packing aswell. I think glass items, bottles, can etc need to be parceled better - perhaps with polysterine around, or bubble wrap? To help ensure they get to buyers in one piece.

Hoping to receive my parcel today.

Best bet to is phone AF and ask if you can take children in the warehouse, and ask how it work ref going in to buy in person. :)

I know some people have just turned up and picked there own items, and looked around as there are item in the warehouse that are not available on line. :)

ive a couple of questions for anyone who has visited the warehouse, i dont really want to bother dan as he is so busy so thought i would ask on here.

No you don't have to place an order first. I popped in for the first time last week and wandered around. Yesterday Dan told me what was new and allowed me to buy what I wanted.....BUT I was the only person there, so don't know if this is usual or a one off.

Don't know about children, but if your son is in a buggy probably ok. It is just a warehouse onto a car park, so no safety net if your son makes a dash for it.
    Nice to save.
