hi just wondering whens the best time to place an order, the site is saying there is a two week backlog so orders will be delayed does this mean i probably wont see anything for closer to 3 weeks if i place an order now,
also, will i get the stuff i order or will it be out of stock as it says on the site that the products change weekly
i dont want to pay a delivery charge of nearly £6 when i wont get half my stuff
i know i could be asking how longs a piece of string but what experiance have others had that ordered a few weeks ago, but are just getting thier deliveriesI am not bossy I just have better ideas:p0 -

Thanks for that - I've got an order in from 23rd Jan so good to know it's getting closer:D Also good to know what's getting refunded.
Also got an order in from 2nd Feb:D
Bet all my junk food is out of stock:rolleyes: Oh well - be better for my waistline if it is;)Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Oh now I am worried as I placed a second order on the 2nd, is there a chance it might not have been received? Can someone please confirm if this is the case as people may need to re-order? I haven't actually had my first order from the 16th yet, I thought maybe I had more chance of getting a second order delivered as a lot of the original things I ordered are probably sold out.
As long as you recieved a google order number your order will still have been placed. If you do have any concerns please send me an email and i can check for you.

To bubbles0169, I am still waiting for my order from the 16th Jan. I did get an e-mail saying it was packed and would be shipped that day (yesterday lunchtime) but I still haven't had a dispatch e-mail so I guess it hasn't been. About a quarter of what I ordered is now out of stock. Some people have had their orders very quickly though, it just seems to be the oldest orders which are hugely delayed.0

tricki1, if it's any help in tracing your problem:
I'm using Firefox 3.0.5 under Windows Vista 64 bit. Addons are Adblock plus, Adblock plus hiding element helper, flashblock, !!!!!!!creator and freecycleedinburgh. I'm also using the back button sometimes after adding to basket. Not noticing the same problem as you.
Have also used Firefox under Ubuntu Linux 8.10 desktop edition with the same plugins. Again, not had the same problem as you."Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -
