If it's out of stock & they're not getting any more then it's usually just removed from the site, I reckon the stuff marked out of stock will be back again at some point;)Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
I wonder if dan can get his hands on different varieties of Weight Watchers soups? That would be the icing on the cake for me.0

I can't help but wonder just how busy they are down there?
Today I've had stuff going on and off like a !!!!!'s bloomers - first we have beans, then gone. Then soup, then gone, Then seeds, then gone, Then dips, then gone. Then when you go back in to check some of the stuff is back again ....
I think he must be selling out of stuff really quickly but is probably replacing a lot of it the same day ... I just can't keep up ...0 -
Nooooooooooooooooo - it's happened again - my basket has suddenly gone down to next to nothing again mid shop (sobs into mug of tea). Can't wait to be able to actually put an order in again.
Can I suggest that instead of putting things as out of stock and removing them from baskets, AF just suspends ordering for a period of time again like it did over xmas, ie switch off the checkout facility."Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -

I think the reason they don't want to do that is because as soon as checkout is switched back on again they'll have a massive swarm of orders - which is one of the causes of this massive backlog.0 -

Cheers
My order was placed on 17th January and I received a phone call from 'Crags Cash and Carry' yesterday morning (4th February) to advise of shortages (out of stock items) and I asked for those to be refunded with remaining (in stock) items to be sent.
The Google Checkout status was updated (by Approved Food) yesterday (4th February) with the refund amount shown.
As of now (6pm on 5th February) there's been no further update with the status still as 'In Progress' and I've not yet received a shipping notification email.
So, I wonder, what exactly does 'processing orders' actually mean?0 -

It probably means they are waiting to hear from other customers until they have enough boxes to send to DHL and given the bad weather, DHL may not be picking up, etc. I wouldn't worry, I think I had my shipping email the day after my refund (maybe two days).0 -

OK, thanks.
So if shipping (despatch) is on the 2nd working day after refund (for out of stock items) and then the DHL service delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, presumably that means I might get a delivery attempt at my address next Tuesday 10th February at the earliest, assuming no other delay caused by the weather?0 -

To be honest I have no idea. I think it was last thursday I got a refund, and late friday night (so saturday morning when I got the email) that the shipping info was sent and I received the order on Monday morning. That was before the snow though so things could well have changed and I live close to the east midlands airport/major dhl depot so that might speed things up a bit for me too.0 -

Would you believe it! I have just received a "Your Order from Crags Cash and Carry has been Dispatched" email.0
