OK, I weighed myself last night and somehow amidst all the junk I have been eating over the weekend I have managed to lose 7 pounds!! The last time I weighed myself was about 2 weeks ago so it's a nice steady loss, I am very pleased.
I used the electronic scales, the mechanical Salter scales and also the scales on the Wii Fit board just to triple check :rotfl: and they all said the same thing!!
Woo hoo :j
I had the jacket potato as planned last night, have lots of fruit, another potato and salad for lunch today and for dinner tonight it will be spicy okra, plain low fat home made yoghurt and 2 tandoori rotis with salad.0 -
Well I started on Monday but all my good intentions went out the window after going to Iceland after work (the shop not the country). Since then been eatng rubbish (in my defence I'm going thru redundancy at the moment so the choc etc has helped alleviate the worry)
But have promised myself that when I'm not working then I'll do loads of exerciseNSD November 1/20 :money:

Afternoon all :hello:
I haven't had a great couple of days either, with people over for a celebratory pizza on Monday night (hubby got a new job); and then being stuck indoors yesterday with friends over - eating chocolate and bad things... back on track today though.
This is my meal plan today:
B: Bran flakes & skimmed milk
L: Lentil & veg soup (tinned), sugar free jelly with tinned peaches inEither left over beef stew from yesterday or a ww ocean pie with some extra veg.
Snacks: orange, apple.
I need to plan a few more meals tonight for the rest of the week, as planning is the key for me - otherwise I find myself eating whatever is available and easiest!
My weigh-in day is Saturday morning, as I find it easiest to cope with the weekend that way (usually my downfall). I then allow myself a little treat Saturday night without going overboard and it doesn't feel like I'm depriving myself then.
Off to have my lunch now... have a great day everyone x0 -

Can anyone tell me how I change the hyperlink to the name of the thread rather than the "www." format?
Cheers,

Hi, could I join in with you all? I'm a newbie to both Moneysavingexpert and ww...I have my first weigh in tommorrow. My start weight was 14 st 3
and my goal weight is 10 stone. I'm finding it really great atm, but aware the novelty will wear off soon enough and will need all the support I can get! I've put weight on VERY quickly and its going to be a lot of work to loose.
I am really enjoying this site...I've spent ages reading and only just started posting, there seems to be so much support for all kinds of things! x0
