I need to join this also, I am hoping to lose as much as possible between now and July as it is my brother’s wedding and I refuse to look like a beached whale anymore.
Current weight as of about 2 weeks ago was 15 stones and 7lbs. I will weigh myself tonight. Target goal is 8 stones 7 lbs.

I had a bad weekend as well (full of takeaways and junk food)
so you are all in good company.
I aim to start afresh tomorrow, the gym clothes are drying at home as I speak so I have no excuse but to hit the gym tomorrow night. Dinner tonight will be a jacket potato (small amount of cheese) with lots of salad and plenty of water.
Whichever day is the most popular for a weigh in I'm good to go, I have no preference.0 -

rubbish day today as no work so been comfort eating 5 choc digestives for breakfast. had a good lunch scrambled egg on toast:A. okay dinner 1 good quality sausage boiled pototaes and veg:T. So a recipe plans would be great. I dig out some of my numerous WW & GI ones to post once thread is up and running.
