hi everyone sorry not been on lately. Just to let you know got weighed on 3/03/09 and put .5 lb on , not happy did not know why,decided to persevere and got weighed on 10/03/09 and lost 3 lb:j . Very happy!

I weighed in and have lost 2lb but as said in previous post i have had a stomach bug and only started eating properly on thursday. I have eaten loads this weekend seem to be making up for not eating so gods knows what my weigh in will reveal next week!!! Anyway if my weight stays the same I will only have 5lb to go to reach my target so i really need to stay focused especially as easter is nearly upon us. I have given strict instructions to hubby and kids that I do not want any chocolate for mothers day.Mortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0 -

Sorry i have not been around for a while I fell of the wagon.
To re-motivate myself I am doing a local 2k fun run in a months time not a long distance i know but when your 15st and truly unfit, it's a good goal. I went for a 5 mile run more walking than running this morning, and was surprised how many people of all ages, sizes & varying degres of fitness are out at 8am. I a making a promise to do this every sat & sun. In the working week to do pilates and wii trainging.
So here I am 15st and starting again with a nice goal.:hello:SadSadJenJen

hiya everyone meant to come on and report weight loss but just never seemed to find time. Last week put half a pound on
and this week lost 1.5 lb:j Total loss 19.5 lb. Will try to get stone and half off by next week (means losing 1.5 lb again this week) We can but try;)

hello I'm is back too! I have taken my eye off the ball since posting on here and hate to admit that I have gained 6lb so off to the gym and begin eating healthy again!! I have kept up with the gym but I am always starving afterwards. This is where I need to be sensible with my eating and stop reaching for fattening quick fixes. so here's to a fresh start as from tomorrow. My current weight is now 9st 11lb will weigh in next friday.
