Made some weight watchers soup last night and had some for my lunch today, doesn't have a points value as its all veg, and must say, it was bloody lovely! Will be making it every week from now on as it means I can have a nicer tea!0

Another week, another 1 pound lost. A bit disappointing considering all the exercise I put in last week, however, a loss is still a loss and something worth celebrating. I am currently 14 st 11lbs :j
I am actually eating much more than I used to but I think because I am eating healthier now and more regularly, that plus the exercise, the flab is starting to come off. Before, I would skip breakfast often citing silly reasons such as I would be late for work if I stopped to make/eat breakfast (I was usually late anyway, 5 more minutes would hardly have killed me lol:rotfl: ) then I would pig out at lunch on junk food (either KFC or McDonalds) and then in the evening when I came home, I could go through at least 3 or 4 packets of crisps, a can of fizzy drink and probably some more takeaway bought on the way home and then much later in the evening circa 10 or 11pm, I would call the Chinese or Pizza Hut to order yet more food for delivery! I was such a silly girl.
I’m going to try the Wendy plan this week, see if that can’t speed up the flab burning regime.
How is everyone else doing?0 -
You know I just realised, since I made a conscious decision to lose the weight on about 18th Jan, I have to date lost 10 pounds!
I'm hoping for a 4 pound loss this week, so that would take my total up to 1 stone lost in 1 month! I'm going to be ultra strict this week, here's hoping I can achieve my target :beer:0 -
Hi merri-drake sorry to hear about your hospital visit hope you are feeling a bit better now.

Hi Merri-Drake - hope you are feeling better.
I am pleased to report a 1 pound loss so now I am 11.8
Very pleased to have lost after staying the same last week!
Keep it up everyone - good luck all0 -
aaaaagh!! I'm having a terrible start this week, after gaining a pound last week, it has been a slippery slope since. Saturday I opened a box of chocolates with the intention of just having a couple but oh no I had to eat the whole box. Yesterday was not much better either just seem to be on a downward spirrall! Today I have been the same, I think it is because I am on holiday from work and out of normal routine. I am going to the gym tomorrow to try and burn all those extra calories off.:o I know I am gonna find it really hard to get back on track and may just have to resign this week and start a fresh on Monday when I'm back to work!! Well done to everone else on their losses:T and hope your feeling better merri-drakeMortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0

I am actually quite excited about getting weighed tomorrow, I have been good all week (aside from a pudding last night when I went to my aunties for a meal) and want to see if my hard work has paid off!
Had some more nil points soup for my lunch today, love it, think I will be making it every week, although from next week I will be having 25 points and if I have a no points lunch I don't know how I am gonna manage to eat the rest!0 -
:j:rotfl: Just got back from weigh in and lost 1.5 lb , quite pleased with that. Its my 1st loss on this sight.
ExnicotineQueen, I would try measuring myself as well , with all your exercise you could be losing inches instead of pounds.
Good Luck all!0 -
Well done ritepetite - great news
