    Hi all
Hope everyone is still working hard on their weight loss. Well after a disasterous 2 weeks of over indulgence, I am pleased to say have lost the 3lb that I put back on. so back on track, total loss for me is 11lb weight now is 9st 7lb want to lose 7lb more. are the targets being updated on the 1st of each month?

I think because merri-drake is ill, she hasn't got round to updating them. No doubt when she is better it will be done. :)

Sorry I haven't posted sooner, just been really busy/tired. My routine lately has just been work-gym-sleep.

In the 2 weeks since I last posted I lost 2 pounds each week. :)

    18th January 2009
Start weight 15 stones and 7 pounds

    22nd February 2009
    1 stone lost

    8th March 2009
Current weight: 14 stones and 3 pounds

I would ideally like to lose 4 pounds this coming Sunday and be in the 13 stone category! I am aiming to go to the gym twice daily this week to up the ante, once before work and again after work. I am so tired but I really need to keep up the weight loss as July is fast approaching.

    hi all
Well done exnicotinequeen on your weight loss:T sorry didn't realise merri-drake was ill, GET WELL SOON :o . Well weighed myself on sunday and i have stayed the same but I have been really ill since sunday night with a stomach bug so I have only just started eating today (1 piece of dry bread) as i found it hard even to keep water down. Should have lost some weight but not an ideal way to do it :rotfl: Down side is that i have not been able to go to the gym as i feel so weak. will post results on this weeks weight on sunday.

    Hi,

Could I please join this thread? Maybe seeing my weight not moving in pretty colours might actually inspire me to try harder!

I don't even want to lose that much but i just don't seem to be getting anywhere!

My start weight back in Jan was 11st 3. I'm now at 10st 11 as of this morning but that could change at any moment it seems (was 10st 13 yesterday, ridiculous!)! ;)

Oh and target weight is 10st 0!!! (or somwhere near, at this point i'm not that fussed!) Is that really too much to ask I ask you!

Weigh in day will be monday morning! I'm not going to meetings, just trying to do it myself! maybe this is my mistake!

    Thanks!!

    hi daffykjs
off course you can join. Well done on losing 6lb so far. Can I just give you a tip pick a day of the week to weigh yourself as your weight does fluctuate. I used to weigh myself daily and totally used to get so disheartened by it one day then thrilled the next!! I eventually decided to weigh in once a week I picked sunday but then changed to saturday as this allowed some sort of treat on saturday night. I have found this to work well for me and now I just except the scales reading whatever it maybe. Sometimes it just takes a week for your weight to adjust but if I haven't lost 1 week I usually find That I lose 2/3 lbs the next week with that thought in my mind it tends to keep me focused. I hope this helps and welcome to WW!!!

  • Hi please may I join too? I've been doing WW for months and had lost half a stone, but then stopped tracking and ended up 2lb heavier than when I started! I got back on track this week though, and at weigh in tonight I'd lost 1.5 lbs. So, start weight (last week) was 15st 11.5lbs and tonight was 15st 10lbs.
:hello: Proud to be dealing with my debts :j

  • Afternoon all,

A little tip for anyone with a sweet tooth like myself, I was buying the WW Apple Crumble slices for 99p for 6, however I have just come back from Sainsburys and they have a special offer on Mr Kiplings low fat apple slices until 24 March. They also have less calories and sat fat than the WW variety and taste just as nice!

Mr Kiplings low fat apple slices: 84 cals and 0.1 sat fat

Weightwatchers Apple Crumble slices: 90 cals and 0.4g sat fat = 1 and a half points per slice.

the mister kipling cakes are lush and the ones ive been bying have only been one point each rather than weightwatchers 1 and a half, wich means a pink and white at super time lol
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed
