evening all well my weigh in tonight went better than expected i lost another 1 pound so very happy, now down to 10st12.5oz.
hope everyones having a good week, since i re registered since having evie ive now got 1/2pound to go to my 10% and 11 pound to go till the top end of my weight range, so feeling enthusiastic tonight, not long now till i wont have to payback to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0 -
Thanks for posting the recipe thread merri, sure that'll be lots of help to us. I'll try and upload some recipes when I get a spare half hour - I have a few ww cook books.
Back on track today for me, going well so far:
B: Bran flakes & skimmed milk (2.5)
S: Golden lights crisps (2 points)
L: Chicken noodle soup & bread roll & yoghurt (4.5)0 point homemade veg curry, maybe with a naan bread if we have any lurking in the freezer. (Naan = 2)
S: an orange & skinny cow hot chocolate (1)
Milk in tea all day (1) - maybe some more fruit so I don't have too few points today...
Doing a big shop at the weekend, going to buy lots of veggies and make my own ready meals - vegetable curry, low fat toad in the hole etc. etc. by batch cooking and freezing pre-pointed portions.

I'd like to join please. I've tried SW for the last couple of weeks but just can't get my head round it. I used to go to WW a few years ago and found the points system much easier. I still have some of the books and various magazines. I just need the motivation which I hope I'll get from this thread.
My current weight is 13st 11lbs and I really want to be 11st. Does it matter what day we weigh in - I'd prefer today or Friday as weekends have always been bad for me.

well I have weighed in today and I have lost 3lb this week. I have no lost 11lb in total and now only have 7lb to go. I can't beleive how quick it is coming off. I am really feeling the difference now managed to get into 2 pairs of trousers that i haven't worn for over a year now can now fit into some size 10 clothes (depending on make and style) most of my size 12 are now feeling lose. I just need to stay really focused now to get rid of the last few pounds.

Well just weighed myself and I have lost 0lb:huh: shall not complain, as I know that with the weather & work on my new kitchen grinding to a halt- doing it on the cheap friends & family of OH, so they turn up when they want and I cant't scream at them FINISH. Oh having man flu (week of work) & passing it on to DD:lovethoug I could have gone the usual overeat way to cope with the stress. But no I soldiered on.;)
I bought The Wii Personnel trainer game and it looks pretty good so I shall start exercising and eating correct next week.
