Good news, all's fine.

She had a backlog, small hospital with one machine, pants, pants, Pants.

Just got to get Aimee ready and head off to her swimming lesson now... It's taken half an hour just to get her uniform off so far... Must be great being nearly 5 and having no concept of time!
And when you first started did you have to go into the pool with her?
I want to sign DS up who is 5 in June but really dont want to have to go in with him:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

When I checked them AM I was pretty sure that they all belonged on here...
Can't get on from work....
I am hoping that it is just she has lost her internet connection.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
I just wanted to get a look at my baby, OH doesn't understand. He keeps saying I should be grateful all's ok which of course I bloody am. But it's in me, I wanted to look at its face, oh now I'm sobbing.
At the end of the day people dont realise that although it's mainly to check baby we as parents want chance to really have a good old look.:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

It's horrible isn't it? I really hope she is fine, and the baby and the other kids.
I would imagine it would be easy for your internet connection to go down and for it to be down for a while, especially as she is quite remote in a village in Scotland isn't she?
They may have lost the connection in the snow? I am pretty sure it was 28th Jan last time she logged on which is 2 weeks ago today. It could be anything to be fair.
I woke up this morning convinced that it is her internet connection. Fingers crossed.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I think it varies from council to council (if it is a council pool) Where we are they can start at 4 but have mammoth waiting lists... 20 mins away and a different council they start them at 5 and some smaller pools with no waiting lists. No parents in the pool!
angelfairy - did the midwife suggest anything to help with the pain? how did she feel about the tens?
tara - hugs
molly - I forgotpregnancy killed my teeth as well as my brain  I needed a filling (just a normal one though) when pg. My dentist waited until I was in my 3rd trimester before giving me an xray as he felt that is was safe. Just be careful with how far back the chair goes - I passed out at a hygenist appt 3rd trimester with dd1 - I was laid back too far for too long and woke up in the recovery position with a dentist taking my pulse

Hi CB,
MW suggested hot water bottle and cushions  great look for work huh
She said she wouldn't recommend using the TENS machine for pain relief pre labour as it may trick your body into thinking you were in labour and therefore starting it.
So confusing when you get conflicting information.
Am at GP tomorrow so may mention my back if everything else is okay, otherwise it will have to wait for another time.

Sorry - guidelines when pregnant change all the time  I *know* that with ds it was ok to use the round pads (not the large rectangular ones) before 36wks. Please make the time to ask your gp if there is anything he can think of to help. The only other thing that I can suggest is a bath - but only when there is someone there to help you to get out!0 -
