  • Just read 3 pages and forgot what I was going to say... Ho hum...

Sami, glad I had no sound on when that clip came up... And that outfit is ugly!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Talking about work and hours...

Do any of you lovely ladies feel bad about working when you have kids??
I only ask as I have no choice since my hubby had to give up chefing 5 years ago when he got diagnosed with chrons disease and I was left as the only income earner. (hence my name on here :D)

I would love to be able to cut down my hours, but don't think I can afford to, and as I work half my week 45 miles away, I only see my DD for 2 hours before bed time 3 days a week and I feel really guilty about it

I am in the wrong profession to be looking for another job at the minute due to the way the ecomony is (mortgages BTW), so am stuck with the job I have.

I guess what I am asking is, am I the only one that feels bad about it?

I feel bad and beanie isnt even here yet. I know when she does i'll being taking minimal maternity leave and afterwards i'll still work atleast 40 hours per week. As a child care solicitor, my biggest fear is that my little one will turn round to me one day and say that I cared about other peoples children more than her. I am also going to have to learn to emotionally switch off when I get home so I can dedicate my time to beanie. Guilt I suppose is something that I will just have to get used to!

Speaking of work - got to be up in about 5 1/2 hours, so beddy byes for me. Queue beanie deciding that now is a very good time to get some really hard kicking practice in and perhaps some forward rolls too just in case I might have missed the kicks! I LOVE LOVE LOVE being pregnant!!!!
