What does OH think?
We definitely want to find out - always have, no question - but now I'm getting worried baby will be shy and not let us find out!(mine's three weeks tomorrow so got a while yet).

Oh goody!
Am I right in thinking you're going to find out the sex too? I meant to ask too, have you kept much from when your youngest was little, or are you having to buy it all again?
Gonna try my best to find out what it is, MIL said at the weekend she didn't want to know. She said that last time so we kept it to ourselves, was rubbish. I don't give a toss now so I told her I was telling everyone else so to be prepared to hear it on the grapevine!:D
Yes, we do have most things, gotta get a cotbed though as DS broke the side of his. I think as I've had a few I learnt what you really needed and what you bought because you thought you were supposed to. Have to say though ladies, and please don't take this the wrong way, but I was truly shocked to hear of the cost of some of your pushchairs. Read some of the posts twice 'cos I thought I'd read it wrong. Don't be mad at me!:oToo many children, too little time!!!0 -

Aimee just fell off the sofa and landed on the arm of her little chair on her ribs... Winded herself so she couldn't breath in... Was very scary for a minute! When she finally got a breath in she just screamed! Didn't really cry though... Just kind of moaned a bit the climbed off me and went to go and lie down on the sofa with her blankie... Got me worried for a while... But think she'll be ok... Hope it doesn't bruise!
Is she ok now, poor poppet? Keep her awake for a little while!:AToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
Nicki, do you know your EDD or are you having an early scan to find out? Or am I totally confused and you're 12wks already?!
My grandma asked me last night when we would find out and my grandad went off on one, ranting about how it would spoil the surprise and he didn't want to know! I said "fine, I won't tell you then - just don't pay attention when grandma is knitted in specifically pink or blue!"0 -

She's ok... Back to trying to fart on me (which is why she fell off the sofa in the first place!) She went ever so clammy for a while but think it was not being able to breath for a minute scared her more than me... She lay quiet and then told me her tummy had stopped hurting now and had a cuddle and was ok... No chance of her going to sleep just yet, she hasn't even got her nightie on and I'm sure I've asked her twice!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I'm not 100% positive of it, and I had some spotting last week as well. I think by tomorrow I'll be 6+4, but I could actually be 10+4! When I spoke to doctor last week about chicken pox scare, he said he'd organise a scan for me tomorrow which is also my first antenatal appointment.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say this, as its MSE, but I have all my antenatal care, and the birth itself privately after a really bad experience on the NHS with my first pregnancy. It's our one decadence, but worth every penny IMHO!0 -
I heard about this on the radio earlier - http://www.momentsofsoftness.com/
50 winners will win a year's supply of Pampers nappies and Fairy washing products. You have to tell them about your "moment of softness" with your baby - written description plus include photo if you want. Closing date is 17th April - so no good for us first-timers due in the Summer, I'm afraid!0
