My Mum's coming to fetch my washing in the week... Which is great of her to do... But it will all come back stinking of smoke...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

It might be worth repairing... but tough to say really... we found a great guy but I don't think he goes as far out as you are from here :( Ask around and see if anyone knows a proper repair chap - if he's any good he'll be able to tell you on the phone if it's worth him coming out or if you'd be better off putting the money towards a new one :)

Right well we've been to Toys'R'Us and the Maxi Cosi easifix fits the new VW Passat CC :rotfl: well that's a relief at least...
The girl showed us how to fit it and how it should sit etc and it fits no problem. Infact apparently ours is easy to fit it to because the isofix thingies come out quite far in our car on the back seats - in some they are virtually hidden.

    Cake's in the oven.

I think the official expression elle is that you have a 'bun in the oven' ;):D

Right - did something sneaky happen before? I was here and I never saw Auzelias post about her measurements and scan and then there were new people (I have a sneaky suspicion that they weren't even pregnant people  ) giving random bits of advice and not enough hugs

(((HUGS))) Auzelia hun - don't they usually measure you in Scotland then??
Let us know how you get on tomorrow.

Krystal - bummer about the washing machine - do you think you could ask your mum to wash it and bring it back to you wet to stop the smoke getting to it? My MIL did that for me (her partner smokes).

Searching - congrats on your star :T

Millies Mum, was the first thing I tried, but ta ;)

Tine, I know someone who's husband actually works for hotpoint so might see if I can build up the courage to ask her to send him out... It feels a bit cheeky atm lol...

MFD, good idea... I can ask her but I think she'll just see it as being really helpfull to me to dry it all too... Oh and did you know there's free aquanatal in Willenhall and walsall?

Silly question but I know you ladies will give me an honest answer!

If you were getting married next year and wanted to do it on a budget ~ had seen a dress for sale now and it was £350, but you could get it on eBay for £70 (inc postage oh and its brand new with tags in the padded bag) would you go for it? Is it too early to be looking or would you think sod it, at that price I'll get it now?

Also would it matter if it were a size too big? (ie, buy it in a 14 but you want to be a 12 for your wedding)

Would you go for it? Yay or nay??
Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...

    shellsuit:
I would go for the dress, you can always stick it back on ebay if you change your mind but it is a £280 saving.

    My fathers daughter:
With my boy I was never measured, didnt even know they done it.
Only know about it now due to watching some baby programs. My MW always put a measurement in my book though even though a tape measure never ever toucher her hands or my stomach during this pregnancy.
Will let you know what the estimated weight is. (I know they cant predict 100%)
